Tarrade) Président du groupe folklorique « Los velhadors de Sent Junian », Robert Dagnas a parcouru durant les années 1950-1960 les routes du Limousin, armé de son magnétophone, à la recherche de chanteurs, conteurs et musiciens du pays. Il animait, grâce à ces enregistrements, une émission hebdomadaire à « Radio Limoges ». Ces bandes nous ont été confiées pour numérisation et diffusion par Françoise Etay, professeur responsable du département de musique traditionnelle au CRR de Limoges . Nous avions rencontré Paul Longueville et sa femme à plusieurs reprises, il nous avait parlé, dans une belle langue, de la culture de la truffe, de la vigne, du vin paillé ... toutes les visites se terminant autour d'un verre de vin paillé de sa fabrication. Soucieux de la transmission de son savoir, il a accepté en cette fin d'année 2012 que nous allions, à plusieurs reprises, le déranger dans son travail . De la vigne à la maison, de la cave au grenier il nous a montré comment, depuis 1946, et avec l'aide de sa femme Marthe il fait le vin paillé "à l'ancienne" . La récolte, le séchage, le pressage, la vinification .... et la dégustation nous avons accompagné Paul dans toutes ces étapes avec un grand plaisir .
